Requirements
- You have a positive attitude and love working with people!
- You have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- First Aid and CPR certified.
- Certified in medication administration per state specific requirements.
- Certified as Certified Nursing Assistant/Certified Home Health Aide where required by state regulations.
Responsibilities
- Provide warm and engaging personal care.
- Engage and assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL) as needed.
- Look for changes in residents' day and personal care needs and work with the nurse to update their personal Resident Care Plan.
- Encourage resident participation in scheduled programs and activities.
