The Senior Research Associate will contribute to this mission by developing quantitative cell-based assays to facilitate SAR and MOA studies for novel degraders. This role involves performing various solution and plate-based assays to evaluate changes in biomarkers from primary human cells and animal models, maintaining good written records of laboratory procedures, and communicating research findings in cross-functional project team meetings. Additionally, the associate will review literature and conference proceedings to identify emerging technologies/assays and execute exploratory efforts for internal validation.
