The Traer lab within the Division of Hematology and Medical Oncology is seeking a Senior Research Assistant to join a collaborative team focused on leukemia cell culture models for novel drug testing and development. This role will involve maintaining primary sample cultures, conducting long-term experiments including experimental design and drug administration, data visualization, and communicating with pharmaceutical stakeholders. The position will also provide support to junior technicians and assist in grant/manuscript submissions through data/figure generation and writing. Work is expected to be of moderate to complex complexity, with the individual functioning with general or minimal supervision. Experience with primary sample cell culture, flow cytometry, and data analysis/visualization is required. Proficiency in R/Python programming is highly preferred.
