The Sr. Research Analyst within the Grants & Contracts Administration unit of the Division of Research & Innovation, will work on the Post Award Grant Management team to oversee post award expenditure compliance and management of grant usage. Reporting to the Sr Director, Post Award Grant Management, this position's job duties will include: - Budget review and reconciliation to ensure fiscal accuracy and transparency - Financial analysis and forecasting to support proactive grant management (monitoring burn rate, ensuring accurate reporting to agencies) - Development and implementation of procedures that align with federal, state, and institutional compliance standards and communication with college/unit research administrators - Quasi supervision and oversight of college/unit post-award staff, including training - Strategic process optimization in collaboration with the Sr. Director to streamline operations and reduce risk
