In this role you’ll be responsible for efficient planning, creation, and management of sales training events. How you will make an impact: Collaborate with Program Manager(s) to execute complex training content and program objectives. Solicit and analyze programs for feedback and present results to management and make recommendations for program enhancements Organize and manage all training event details such as venue, travel, transportation, catering/reservations, invitee list, A/V and other equipment, training materials, etc. Pre-meeting preparation of materials, notebooks, packages, attendee lists, etc. Process, track and maintain training records to remain compliant (Form 13190) Lead contact for training events with internal project teams and hotels/vendors. Proactively handle any arising issues and troubleshoot any emerging problems leading up to and on the event day. Mitigate any change in direction of training event Collaborate with field representatives (Area Trainers, Regional Directors), to identify needs for regional training programs including identifying learning objectives, crafting agendas, and facilitating training programs, ordering/printing materials, etc. Manage budget and track event finances including processing contracts, payments, invoicing, and expense reporting Negotiate with hotels and vendors Other incidental duties
