About The Position

Leads, coaches, and empowers a high-performing team to achieve operational goals. Develops and executes strategies aligned with global objectives to drive operational efficiency and innovation. Ensures regulatory compliance and safety (FAA Part 145, company and legal standards). Maintains ownership of the site's P&L, driving profitability, sales growth, and financial health. Builds strong relationships with key customers and supports commercial teams in achieving sales targets. Steers infrastructure and capability development projects to sustain business excellence. Manages MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul) operations with focus on On-Time Delivery (OTD) and Shop Processing Time (SPT). Monitors production costs and operational KPIs to drive performance improvement. Manages budgets, P&L, and implements performance improvement initiatives. Applies knowledge of regulatory environments including FAA Part 145 standards.

Requirements

  • Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
  • 15+ years of relevant experience in managing complex, regulated operations (preferably aerospace or industrial sector).
  • Demonstrated expertise in leading MRO operations with focus on performance management including OTD, SPT, production costs, and operational KPIs.
  • Proven track record in managing P&L and driving profitability.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of regulatory environments (FAA Part 145 strongly preferred).
  • Experience in infrastructure and capability development projects.
  • Experience building strong customer relationships and supporting commercial sales targets.
  • Strong business acumen with experience managing budgets and financial performance.
  • Experience in developing and executing operational strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Experience in leading and empowering teams to achieve operational goals.
  • Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, or protected individual under 8 U.S.C. § 1324b(a)(3)) to comply with ITAR regulations.
