About The Position

Fanatics Collectibles is seeking a Relic Senior Coordinator to join their Relic Coordination & Product Assessment team. This role involves coordinating with Product Development & Project Management to evaluate available inventory, prepare memorabilia for the manufacturing team, and liaise with the inventory team for account transactions and accounting. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with strong communication and analytical skills. Senior Coordinators are expected to lead teams, coach members, and collaborate with Leads, Supervisors, and Managers to enhance end-to-end processes. A passion for sports, culture, and entertainment is highly valued.

Requirements

• Dallas / Sunnyvale, TX based
• Bachelors degree required
• Microsoft Office experience required and a desire to learn and use alternative software including Airtable
• In depth knowledge of various sports leagues (MLB/NFL/NBA)

Nice To Haves

• 3-year prior experience in manufacturing or production environments, preferred
• 2-year Project Management experience, preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist in the weekly relic assessment workload and layout plans by product
• Lead Coordinator Team for specific licenses / sports
• Assigned to assess ultrahigh end products i.e. Dynasty, Definitive, Transcendent. ensuring high quality and accuracy
• Have a deep understanding of the assessment process, it's nuances, the sizes of relics that go into cards and use that knowledge to assist in training new employees along with the department lead.
• Accurately update Airtable/NCF with the current status of a product in the assessment cycle with detailed notes
• Accurately log hours into Airtable to track hours spent on cutting, assessing and staging
• Learn the ins-and-outs of the Relic Ops department as new processes and technology are implemented to improve the quality and efficiency of our product
• Abides by and helps to uphold all security measures to ensure Relics are secure
• Coordinates cross functionally to ensure we meet due dates
