Baker Tilly is seeking a Senior Relationship Manager to join their Capital Formation Team. This team specializes in structuring and sourcing tax credits to fund the growth and expansion of high-impact projects and operating businesses nationwide. The NMTC team is an industry-leading financial consulting group with over 20 years of experience in the NMTC industry, having closed billions of dollars in NMTC transactions for diverse projects. They work with For-Profit and Non-Profit organizations to secure tax credits, structure financing, and maximize capital stacks. The Senior Relationship Manager will identify, engage, and lead projects through the competitive NMTC financing process. This client-facing role requires attention to detail, critical thinking, and project management skills, with the responsibility of managing multiple clients simultaneously. While new business development is not the primary focus initially, it is expected to become an integral part of the role to support planned growth.
