The Senior Relationship Manager, Insurance General Accounts is responsible for leading strategic relationship management efforts for Capital Group’s Insurance General Accounts business. This role focuses on deepening existing client engagement, driving revenue growth, and ensuring exceptional service delivery. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, depth of knowledge in the insurance general account space, and a consultative approach to managing complex client relationships. This role prioritizes long-term client success by aligning Capital Group’s comprehensive investment and risk management solutions with the insurance client's specific business and investment objectives. The ideal candidate will be high-energy, results-oriented, and passionate about performance with a desire to think strategically about a new business area for the firm. We are looking for critical thinkers with an understanding of the end-to-end insurance ecosystem, strong problem-solving skills, the ability to simplify complex matters, and the ability to work cross-functionally to build strong relationships with partner teams and clients.
