Allied Universal® Event Services, an Allied Universal® Company, is hiring a Senior Regional Director - Operations based in our Westminster, CA branch with responsibility over the Southern CA region. The Senior Regional Director - Operations is responsible for overseeing the event security and guest services business operations throughout a designated region. The Sr. Regional Director - Operations will manage and direct all operational, financial, administrative, client relations, and staff activities while overseeing a large, growing P&L. The Sr. Regional Director - Operations will oversee Branch Managers responsible for total PNL performance to include sales and operations within their region. Functional leaders overseeing recruiting, HR, scheduling, training, and compliance will also report to the Sr. Regional Director - Operations in their respective region. The individual will build and retain profitable business growth, which also includes leading the delivery of services through a team led by local account and branch management. He/she will ensure strong client relationships and retention, along with operating compliance and efficient business operations.
