As a Senior Recruiting Manager, you'll lead, empower, and develop a team of recruiters while partnering closely with senior business leaders to shape hiring strategy. This role is more than leadership-it's an opportunity to influence and evolve how we operate as a recruiting team & driving proactive, creative, and data-informed strategies that balance high-volume hiring with targeted, niche searches. You will directly influence how Gusto scales our CX (Customer Success) or GTM (Go-To-Market) organizations (yes, we are hiring TWO roles!) and create a recruiting model that will fuel our business well into the future.
