We are looking for a Senior Recruiting Operations Manager with experience scaling recruiting operations at a fast paced tech company. This is currently a remote opportunity where you would be working primarily from your home, but we are looking for someone based in the Bay Area.   • Lead the vision and strategy. This includes identifying and executing large-scale transformation initiatives that improve efficiency and consistency across the entire recruitment lifecycle
  • Champion data-driven decision making by advancing the use of recruiting analytics and partnering with TA to define key metrics of success
  • Manage and enhance Teleport's recruiting technology stack, including Ashby, Candidate.fyi , and related tools
  • Promote the company's reputation as a great place to work.
  • Keep up-to-date with new technological trends and products.
  • 7-12 years of work experience in recruiting operations and analytics
  • Success designing and scaling hiring operations in high-growth, global environments
  • Strong expertise with with Applicant Tracking Systems and other recruiting tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decisions and improve processes
