The position involves mentoring a small team, managing applicant tracking systems, generating actionable insights through data, and implementing innovative solutions to streamline operations. The successful candidate will serve as a key partner to recruiting and business leaders, shaping the overall talent acquisition strategy while enhancing operational efficiency and candidate experience. Remote work flexibility allows for collaboration across distributed teams while maintaining focus on measurable outcomes and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years leading or mentoring team members.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), with experience in Lever highly desirable.
  • Exceptional organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Solid knowledge of compliance, labor laws, and recruiting best practices.
  • Experience designing and implementing operational improvements and scalable processes.
  • Comfortable leading cross-functional projects and collaborating with multiple stakeholders in a remote-first environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development, refinement, and management of recruitment processes to ensure efficiency, consistency, and a positive experience for candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain and optimize the applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring accurate data and generating dashboards for key hiring metrics.
  • Provide guidance, training, and support to recruiters and hiring managers on interview practices, recruiting strategies, and process improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and recruitment best practices, maintaining accurate documentation and reporting.
  • Own and manage special projects, program launches, and innovative initiatives in partnership with recruiting and business leaders.
  • Evaluate, implement, and leverage technology solutions, including AI tools, to improve recruiting workflows and stakeholder experiences.
  • Mentor, guide, and develop a small team of recruiting assistants to enhance performance and operational effectiveness.
