This role is central to scaling a fast-growing organizationâs recruiting efforts while ensuring an exceptional candidate and hiring team experience. You will lead the design, optimization, and continuous improvement of recruiting systems, processes, and data across the end-to-end talent lifecycle. This position requires a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, partnering with Talent Acquisition, People Operations, and Legal to create scalable, compliant, and efficient workflows. You will own recruiting tools and vendor relationships, drive automation and integration initiatives, and surface actionable insights to inform strategy.
