About The Position
MWResource is seeking a Senior Recruiter to manage the full cycle recruiting and hiring process. This role involves partnering with Hiring Managers to efficiently fill open job requisitions, ensuring compliance with internal policies. The Senior Recruiter will be responsible for verifying job requirements, posting positions, researching and selecting job-posting sites, conducting thorough interviews, sourcing candidates, negotiating offers, and completing compensation analysis.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years progressively responsible experience in recruiting, sourcing, hiring, compensation administration and regulatory compliance gained in a dynamic, changing business environment in excess of degree requirements.
- Experience partnering directly with hiring managers.
- Minimum of 3-year Corporate Recruiting Experience is required.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Bachelor's Degree: Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Required).
- Or a combination of education and experience that provides equivalent knowledge to a major in such fields is required.
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug screening.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the full cycle recruiting and hiring process while maintaining internal compliance policies and procedures.
- Partners with Hiring Managers to fill open job requisitions in a timely and efficient manner.
- Verifies job requirements, recruiting needs and completeness of requisitions then posts in appropriate places.
- Researches, selects, and monitors use of internet job-posting sites, ensuring quality applicant flow and most effective cost.
- Completes thorough interviews with applicants and sourced candidates and refers qualified candidates to hiring managers for all assigned job requisitions.
- Seeks and develops new and revised methods for sourcing candidates.
- Negotiates and extends job offers.
- Completes compensation analysis and working with hiring manager on recommendation.
