About The Position

We're working with a high-velocity technology business that has successfully transformed into a multi-product organisation. They're now scaling the functions that sustain that growth — and they need a Senior Recruiter to own Finance and Marketing hiring from the ground up. This role is for a high-agency operator who builds systems, not just fills seats.

Requirements

  • A scrappy operator who has built something from zero — not just maintained a process someone else designed
  • High IQ, high agency — you think from first principles and don't wait for permission
  • Genuinely AI-native — you're already using AI tooling to automate parts of your workflow. This is non-negotiable
  • Strong track record hiring Finance and Marketing talent — FP&A, Controller, CFO-track, and growth marketing, brand, and demand gen at growth-stage or publicly traded tech companies
  • Fluent in Bay Area comp dynamics — base, equity, and total comp conversations at publicly traded and late-stage private companies
  • Comfortable with the fact that the playbook gets written by you
  • Bay Area-based or willing to be on-site 2 days a week in the office

Responsibilities

  • End-to-end Finance and Marketing hiring across the Bay Area org and broader US footprint
  • Designing and automating sourcing, screening, and pipeline workflows using AI tooling
  • Funnel analytics — diagnosing where conversion breaks and fixing it with process or technology
  • Hiring manager partnership: scorecards, calibration, structured interviewing, and offer strategy
  • Creating a candidate experience that reflects the calibre of a business that just executed a meaningful transformation
