We're looking for our first in-house Recruiter to build the talent engine that powers our next stage of growth. As Order.co scales, you'll play a critical role in helping us attract, assess, and hire the people who will shape our product, serve our customers, and accelerate our business. You'll own full-cycle recruiting across technical, go-to-market, and operational functions, partnering directly with hiring managers and business leaders to deliver great hiring outcomes. This isn't a coordinator role, and it isn't about managing requisitions. You'll be a strategic partner and hands-on operator: sourcing hard-to-find talent, delivering an exceptional candidate experience, using data to drive decisions, and building the recruiting processes that help us scale efficiently. You'll join the People team, reporting to the VP of People, and work closely with leaders across Engineering, Sales, Customer Growth, and Operations.
