About The Position

Align is seeking a Senior Recruiter to support our rapidly growing Data Center Solutions business. This role will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting across a variety of mission-critical and data center positions, including project management, procurement, HPC cabling, BIM, electrical, mechanical and field operations roles. As a Recruiter supporting Align's Data Center Solutions business, you will partner with hiring managers and business leaders to identify and attract talent across a range of technical and operational disciplines. This role requires a thoughtful and consultative approach to recruiting, balancing business priorities with a strong candidate experience. The ideal candidate is organized, resourceful, and comfortable managing multiple searches while building strong relationships across the organization. This position offers the opportunity to develop a deep understanding of the data center industry and support the teams responsible for delivering mission-critical infrastructure projects. This position is based in Plano, Texas and follows a hybrid work schedule. Periodic travel may be required to support hiring events, office visits, industry conferences, and business initiatives.

Requirements

5-10 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
Proven ability to recruit technical, engineering, infrastructure, or professional services talent.
Experience supporting multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Strong sourcing skills and experience identifying passive candidates.
Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building abilities.
Ability to influence hiring decisions through data, market insights, and recruiting expertise.
Experience working with applicant tracking systems, preferably Greenhouse.
Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

Lead the full recruitment lifecycle from intake through offer acceptance for technical, construction, engineering, and operations-focused positions.
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs, define candidate profiles, and establish effective hiring strategies.
Develop compelling job descriptions and recruitment marketing content.
Conduct recruiter screens, manage candidate communication, and facilitate offer negotiations.
Ensure a consistent, high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Build talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill data center roles.
Utilize creative sourcing strategies across LinkedIn Recruiter, professional networks, industry associations, referrals, and market mapping initiatives.
Identify and engage passive candidates within the data center, mission-critical construction, engineering, and technology sectors.
Provide market intelligence regarding talent availability, compensation trends, and competitive hiring activity.
Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers throughout the recruiting process.
Proactively communicate hiring progress, risks, and recommended actions to business leaders.
Facilitate intake meetings, interview calibration sessions, and post-interview debrief discussions.
