About The Position

The Brattle Group, a privately held, global economics consulting firm, is looking for a Senior Recruiter to join their Boston, MA office. This position will have direct involvement with the firm’s full life-cycle recruitment of global corporate services (CS) positions. The role will also support general Human Resources functions and may be utilized for special HR projects. The Brattle Group addresses complex economic, finance, and regulatory issues for corporations, law firms, and governments worldwide, known for the clarity of its insights and the credibility of its experts, including leading international academics and industry specialists. Brattle has 500 talented professionals across North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific.

Requirements

  • Six (6) years of demonstrated experience in full-life cycle recruiting experience
  • at least two (2) years of working in professional services
  • Experience working with and maintaining applicant tracking systems, and other HRIS systems
  • Experience working with offices and time zones
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
  • Excellent quantitative skills and attention to detail
  • Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills
  • Strong customer service attitude
  • Must be able to work independently and as part of a team as needed
  • Must be able to learn quickly and adapt to growing and changing environment
  • Must be able to exercise appropriate independent judgment
  • Requires the ability to concentrate and pay close attention to detail
  • Perform duties of a confidential nature

Responsibilities

  • Partner with corporate services leaders to lead full-cycle recruiting for director-level and below roles firmwide, including sourcing, screening, interview management, feedback, offer process, and post-offer follow-up while coaching interviewers on best practices and candidate evaluation
  • Act as a strategic talent advisor by developing and executing sourcing strategies that build long-term pipelines, providing market insights and workforce intelligence, recommending sourcing channels and job posting approaches, and ensuring roles are competitively positioned
  • Guide hiring managers through recruiting challenges with proactive, solutions-oriented support while building strong stakeholder relationships, collaborating with HRBPs to identify talent gaps, and delivering a high-quality candidate experience
  • Maintain a strong understanding of business functions and external talent markets while communicating clearly and influencing hiring decisions through data-driven insights and storytelling
  • Manage recruiting systems and databases, partner with Marketing to effectively promote open roles, and maintain reporting such as bi-monthly Open Position Summary (OPS) updates
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Compensation and HR teams on market data, benchmarking, compliance, and reporting (including EEOC and RFPs), while supporting onboarding, candidate experience touchpoints, and broader HR projects and operations
