We’re looking for a senior recruiter to own hiring across a broad set of functional areas - including operations, commercial, product, design, go-to-market, people and finance. Nearly every role at Odyssey is unique and high-impact, so this feels more like executive recruiting than high-volume hiring. You’ll work closely with leadership to identify, attract, and close exceptional talent in a highly competitive market. This is a hands-on individual contributor role.
