About The Position

Syndigo is a leader in software and services for managing master data, product information, digital assets, and content syndication and analytics across various industries. We connect a large network of global users, brands, and retailers, providing accurate product content that enhances online shopping and optimizes supply chains. We are seeking a highly strategic and proactive Senior Recruiter to support hiring across multiple business lines, focusing on building partnerships with hiring managers and senior leaders, driving talent strategies, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience in North America and EMEA. This role is crucial in shaping our talent attraction and hiring processes, requiring a consultative approach, strong sourcing expertise, and a high degree of ownership.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a SaaS environment
  • 2+ years of experience recruiting GTM roles
  • Proven ability to build strong partnerships with hiring managers and senior leaders
  • Demonstrated success in proactive sourcing and pipeline development across multiple regions
  • Experience supporting hiring across North America and/or EMEA
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and guide stakeholders
  • A proactive, ownership-driven mindset with a focus on delivering results
  • Experience using ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse) and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter)
  • Experience recruiting across multiple business functions (GTM, Product, Marketing, G&A)
  • Familiarity with global hiring practices and regional nuances across EMEA
  • Must be able to work in the Chicago office 2x per week

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and leadership, leading intake conversations, hiring strategy, and talent planning discussions.
  • Provide market insights, talent trends, and data-driven recommendations to influence hiring decisions.
  • Drive alignment on role requirements, candidate profiles, and interview processes.
  • Build and execute proactive sourcing strategies to identify and engage top talent across North America and EMEA.
  • Develop diverse, high-quality pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Leverage multiple channels including LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and creative sourcing techniques.
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting across multiple functions and disciplines (sales, marketing, engineering, product, etc.), ensuring efficient and high-quality hiring outcomes.
  • Lead structured candidate evaluations and guide hiring teams through effective decision-making processes.
  • Partner closely with HRBPs, compensation, and leadership throughout the offer process.
  • Deliver a high-touch, best-in-class candidate experience aligned with Syndigo’s brand and values.
  • Ensure timely communication, feedback, and transparency at every stage of the process.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, representing Syndigo in the market.
  • Operate with a high level of ownership and urgency, anticipating hiring needs and removing roadblocks.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, quality, and speed.
  • Maintain accurate reporting and ATS data to support pipeline visibility and decision-making.
