The Senior Recruiter is responsible for the execution of talent acquisition for senior level and key roles across the Eagleville organization. The position manages the full recruiting lifecycle of these roles and is responsible for sourcing, assessing, interviewing, and hiring talent to meet the business needs of the organization and align with the mission and culture of Eagleville. This position will leverage active and passive methods to source and identify qualified candidates while partnering closely with the leadership team to ensure alignment with expectations of role. This individual will serve as a liaison between employers and candidates, understanding the needs of both to ensure a successful match.
