Wider Circle partners with health plans and provider groups to deliver community-based programs that connect neighbors and improve health outcomes, focusing on health equity and social care for Medicare/Medicaid populations. As a 1099 Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in recruiting frontline community health professionals who directly impact communities across the United States. You will be supported a growing talent acquisition team and collaborate closely with HR and hiring managers to ensure a seamless recruitment and onboarding process. We are looking for an experienced, field-savvy Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist with a proven track record of recruiting state-certified Community Health Workers. This is not a generalist role. You are an expert in the CHW talent ecosystem — the certifying bodies, the training programs, the community organizations where qualified candidates are found. You have built pipelines in this space before and know that the best CHW talent rarely comes from a LinkedIn search. In this role, you will own full-cycle CHW recruiting across our active markets. You will be expected to close 20–30 CHW roles per month by leveraging your existing relationships with state certification boards, Area Health Education Centers, CHW training programs, and community-based organizations. You will work closely with hiring managers across markets and bring a level of CHW market expertise that shortens time-to-fill and improves quality of hire.
