Requirements

Recruiting experience (staffing/agency experience strongly preferred)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
Strong customer service skills with a professional, people-first approach
Flexible schedule with availability for occasional pre- and post-business-hour check-ins
Strong communication and follow-up skills (phone, email, text)
Basic computer proficiency and comfort working in ATS/HR systems and job boards

Nice To Haves

High-volume recruiting experience
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
Experience with onboarding, I-9/E-Verify, or other employment documentation

Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
Deliver exceptional customer service to candidates and hiring teams, ensuring timely communication
Maintain a strong pipeline using job boards, referrals, networking, and local outreach
Conduct candidate/employee check-ins before and after normal business hours when needed
Coordinate job postings and help optimize ads for applicant flow (Indeed, ZipRecruiter, Google for Jobs)
Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with hiring and onboarding processes
Track recruiting activity and results, meeting hiring goals in a fast-paced environment
Partner with branch leadership to prioritize urgent openings and staffing needs
