About The Position

As a Cielo Senior Recruiter, you will be responsible for service excellence throughout the recruitment cycle. You will act as a brand ambassador for the client, focusing on delivering exceptional talent while providing proactive and timely communication on the status of the search. As a subject matter expert in talent acquisition, you will provide consultative direction and industry expertise to hiring leaders. You will act as a mentor for Recruiters and other team members. As a Senior Recruiter at Cielo, you'll drive service excellence throughout the recruitment cycle while working remotely from anywhere in the USA. You'll act as a brand ambassador, connecting exceptional talent with opportunities while mentoring team members and providing consultative expertise to hiring leaders in the R&D Pharmaceutical environment.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business, management, human resources or related field (or equivalent experience)
Significant recruiting experience in corporate, RPO or agency settings with demonstrated successes
Workday experience and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and social media recruitment tools
Recruitment experience in R&D Pharmaceutical environment
Knowledge of Human Resources principles, practices and metrics related to talent acquisition

Responsibilities

Lead strategic intake meetings with hiring managers, providing market data and recommendations to shape position specifications
Develop and manage innovative recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies in collaboration with internal stakeholders
Evaluate candidate profiles and deliver strong talent slates while building robust pipelines for future needs
Partner with hiring leaders on offer details using market insights and compensation guidelines
Mentor Recruiters and team members, sharing your expertise to elevate the entire team
