Socure is redefining digital identity. We help the world’s largest enterprises make smarter, faster, and more accurate identity decisions using machine learning and AI. Our goal is simple but ambitious: eliminate identity fraud while creating seamless, secure experiences for real people. Behind the scenes, our Product and Data Science teams are building the intelligence layer that powers everything we do—from fraud detection to next-gen AI capabilities like GenAI and agentic systems. It’s a fast-moving, high-stakes space, and we’re scaling quickly. We’re looking for a Senior Recruiter to partner directly with these teams—not just to fill roles, but to shape how we hire and build world-class teams. This is a senior individual contributor role for someone who thrives on complexity, operates with strong judgment, and can influence senior leaders with clarity, data, and market insight.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong focus on technical hiring
  • Local to San Francisco Bay Area
  • Proven success hiring senior and staff-level Product Managers and/or Data Scientists including: Technical PMs working at the intersection of Engineering and Data Science, GTM PMs partnering with commercial and marketing teams, Platform PMs driving core infrastructure like RiskOS, AI/ML, deep learning Data professionals working in large-scale data systems, Deep Learning experts in computer vision, LLMs, knowledge graphs, and neural networks, Emerging spaces including GenAI and agentic AI, R&D-heavy roles shaping future product capabilities
  • Experience partnering directly with Director, VP, and executive-level stakeholders
  • Background in high-growth SaaS or tech environments, ideally late-stage or pre-IPO
  • Strong sourcing fundamentals and experience using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Ashby, and Workday
  • A track record of managing multiple complex searches simultaneously with consistent delivery
  • Comfort using data and analytics to guide decisions and influence stakeholders
  • Ability to push back thoughtfully, reset expectations, and bring clarity to ambiguous situations
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Curiosity and adaptability—you can quickly ramp on new product areas, technologies, and AI concepts
  • A mindset of ownership, continuous improvement, and team contribution
  • Candidates must be in San Francisco Bay Area.

Responsibilities

  • Own high-impact hiring, end-to-end
  • Run full-cycle recruiting across multiple complex searches simultaneously—from intake through close and onboarding.
  • Build and execute smart, multi-channel sourcing strategies tailored to Product and Data Science talent
  • Partner as a talent advisor to Socure leaders, providing clear insights, updates, and recommendations to shape expectations and decision making
  • Elevate the hiring experience for candidates and stakeholders, providing best-in-industry communication
  • Maintain and operate our TA systems with rigor, maintaining clean and accurate data across searches and stages.
  • Improve recruiting processes and workflows
  • Mentor teammates and share best practices
  • Help build a high-performance, high-accountability TA culture
