We're looking for someone who combines strong sourcing skills with a sense of urgency and a passion for excellence. Attention to detail is also essential. This is a full lifecycle recruiting role with diverse customer groups that include both clinical and non-clinical departments. The requisition load will vary, but averages 40 to 90. This is a hybrid role that requires residency in Washington state.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree. Equivalent related experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
  • Minimum 5 years of high-volume recruitment experience or four years of recruitment experience which includes a minimum of one year with Overlake Medical Center & Clinics.
  • Experience sourcing, screening, interviewing, advertising and interacting with the public.

Nice To Haves

  • National certification preferred (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR, RACR, etc.)
  • Experience in a 24/7 industry with a high population of hourly employees is desired.
  • Experience in a healthcare setting and/or union environment is also preferred, but not required.
  • Previous experience with Workday software would be a definite advantage.
