About The Position

Navan is seeking an accomplished Senior GTM Recruiter to execute on our multi-org recruiting strategy, focused on building and scaling a strong pipeline of GTM talent across Marketing, Revenue Operations, and broader revenue functions. In this pivotal and dynamic role, you will own sourcing, engaging, and hiring top-tier GTM professionals who drive pipeline generation, operational excellence, and growth. You will partner closely with senior stakeholders and collaborate with GTM leadership to deliver a seamless, high-touch candidate experience from initial outreach through close. Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Experience hiring for GTM functions such as Marketing, Revenue Operations, or related roles; experience scaling non-Sales GTM teams strongly preferred
  • Proven success building outbound pipeline and hiring high-impact GTM talent
  • Data-driven approach with strong ability to use metrics to influence hiring decisions and optimize processes
  • Resilient and adaptable in ambiguous environments, with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders

  • Experience with Greenhouse, Gem, and ModernLoop preferred

Responsibilities

  • Manage a high-volume, full-cycle recruiting process across GTM functions, including Marketing, Revenue Operations, and related roles.
  • Build and maintain strong outbound pipeline using creative sourcing strategies, recruiting tools, and data insights
  • Partner effectively with stakeholders across multiple time zones to ensure alignment, communication, and hiring velocity
  • Develop a deep understanding of headcount plans, hiring forecasts, and business priorities to proactively drive hiring against targets
  • Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience from initial engagement through offer and onboarding
  • Partner with the Talent Brand team to support employer branding initiatives and targeted campaigns that attract top GTM talent
  • Drive recruiting projects and process improvements to increase efficiency, quality of hire, and stakeholder satisfaction
  • Advise and influence hiring managers on market trends, interview best practices, and inclusive hiring strategies
