You’re a commercially sharp, self-driven GTM recruiter who thrives in high-growth environments. You understand what great looks like across Sales, Customer Success, Account Management, Marketing and Solutions, and you know how to spot it early. You’re confident owning the full hiring lifecycle, from proactive sourcing to offer negotiation, and you’re comfortable partnering with senior revenue leaders across EMEA and the US. You balance pace with quality, manage expectations clearly, and deliver a strong, consistent candidate experience. You’re excited to build high-performing GTM teams that directly impact revenue and help scale Constructor’s growth. Constructor is the next-generation platform for search and discovery in ecommerce, built to explicitly optimize for metrics like revenue, conversion rate, and profit. Our search engine is entirely invented in-house utilizing transformers and generative LLMs, and we use its core and personalization capabilities to power everything from search itself to recommendations to shopping agents. Engineering is by far our largest department, and we've built our proprietary engine to be the best on the market, having never lost an A/B test to a competitive technology. We're passionate about maintaining this and work on the bleeding edge of AI to do so. Out of necessity, our engine is built for extreme scale and powers over 1 billion queries every day across 150 languages and with customers across many countries. It is used by some of the biggest ecommerce companies in the world like Sephora, Under Armour, and Petco. It was founded by Eli Finkelshteyn and Dan McCormick who still lead the company today. We’re looking for a commercially minded GTM Recruiter to contribute to hiring across our organisation in EMEA and the US. This role will focus on recruiting for: Sales (Enterprise, Mid-Market, SMB) Customer Success Account Management Solutions / Sales Engineering Marketing You’ll partner closely with senior GTM leaders to build high-performing, revenue-driving teams in a fast-scaling, global SaaS environment. This is not a transactional recruiter role, we’re looking for a true business partner who understands revenue models, hiring for impact, and how to assess top-tier commercial talent.

Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience in Talent Acquisition, with a strong focus on GTM recruitment
  • Experience hiring across Sales, CS, Account Management and Solutions roles
  • Proven success recruiting in SaaS / technology environments
  • Experience supporting hiring across multiple regions (EMEA and US preferred)
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, comfortable partnering with VP/C-level leaders
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to influence using insights
  • High ownership and accountability in a fast-paced, scaling environment

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end hiring across GTM functions in EMEA and the US
  • Partner with Sales and Customer leaders to define hiring plans aligned to revenue targets
  • Run structured, high-quality interview processes that protect candidate experience
  • Proactively source senior commercial talent in competitive markets
  • Advise hiring managers on market insights, compensation benchmarks and talent strategy
  • Improve hiring frameworks, scorecards and interview quality across GTM
  • Track and report on key recruitment metrics (time to hire, quality of hire, pipeline health)
  • Build diverse, high-calibre pipelines for strategic roles
