About The Position

This role focuses on leveraging AI-driven development to lead the design, development, and implementation of complex, responsive user interfaces using React. The Senior React UI Developer will utilize AI-powered tools to accelerate development, generate boilerplate, suggest patterns, and enforce design system consistency. Responsibilities include architecting state management, optimizing client-side performance with AI assistance, driving CI/CD adoption with AI for testing and checks, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The role also involves mentoring junior engineers, researching AI technologies for developer productivity, participating in code reviews with AI assistance, troubleshooting complex issues using AI-driven analysis, contributing to front-end strategy, and recommending client-side security measures. The developer will also ensure procedures are followed and help define operating standards, utilizing AI for compliance checks and workflow improvements.

Requirements

Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3 (including Flexbox, Grid, and modern layout techniques), and advanced JavaScript (ES6+)/TypeScript.
Extensive experience with the React Framework (React 16.8+, including Hooks, Context API) and its ecosystem.
Proficiency with modern state management libraries such as Redux, Zustand, or Recoil.
Proven experience translating Figma/Sketch designs into pixel-perfect, responsive UIs.
Experience with component libraries like Material-UI, Ant Design, or building and maintaining custom design systems.
Strong proficiency in consuming RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs.
Hands-on experience with front-end build tools (e.g., Webpack, Vite), package managers (NPM, Yarn), and CI/CD practices for web applications.
Experience with unit and component testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library) and end-to-end testing tools (e.g., Cypress, Playwright).
Demonstrable exposure and practical experience with AI development tools such as GitHub Copilot, v0.dev, Claude, and Codex.
Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, prompt engineering, and integrating AI into software development workflows (e.g., for code generation, testing, debugging, and documentation).
A keen desire to apply AI technologies to improve software development processes and outcomes.
Demonstrated expertise in React, JavaScript, and TypeScript, with a deep understanding of their core concepts and the browser rendering pipeline.
Extensive experience with the React ecosystem for building enterprise-level applications.
Strong foundation in object-oriented and functional programming principles and a practical understanding of design patterns to create scalable and maintainable code.
Experience with both relational and NoSQL databases from a consumer's perspective.
Experience with unit/integration testing and a commitment to writing clean, well-documented, and testable code.
Solid understanding of RESTful API design principles.
Extensive experience in system analysis and in programming of software applications.
Experience in managing and implementing successful projects.
Subject Matter Expert (SME) in at least one area of Front-End Development (e.g., Performance, Accessibility, State Management).
Ability to adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate.
Demonstrated leadership and project management skills.
Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication.
Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience.

Utilize AI-powered code analysis tools to pre-scan code for potential bugs, performance bottlenecks, accessibility issues, and style deviations, allowing human reviewers to focus on UX and architectural integrity.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in front-end applications, ensuring stability, performance, and cross-browser compatibility.
Implement AI-driven user session analysis to identify rage clicks and UI dead ends, leverage AI for rapid debugging of complex state issues, and automate error reporting analysis.
Contribute to the strategic planning and technical roadmap for our front-end architecture and design systems.
Employ AI to analyze industry trends in UI technology, forecast the evolution of frameworks, and prioritize roadmap initiatives based on data-driven insights.
Utilize in-depth specialty knowledge of front-end development to analyze complex problems/issues, provide evaluation of business process, system process, and industry standards, and make evaluative judgment.
Augment human analytical capabilities with AI-powered data analysis and pattern recognition to rapidly assess complex UI/UX challenges and inform robust decision-making.
Recommend and develop security measures for the client-side, ensuring successful system design and functionality.
Use AI-driven security analysis tools to continuously monitor front-end code for vulnerabilities (e.g., XSS) and recommend adaptive security controls.
Ensure essential procedures are followed and help define operating standards and processes for front-end development.
