About The Position

The role develops and tests software modules based on client requirements, prepares project documentation, and coordinates with cross-functional teams to ensure quality delivery. It includes gathering business process requirements with client stakeholders; developing and integrating assigned modules; testing functionality and participating in User Acceptance Testing; supporting software implementation and system integration; and maintaining detailed project documentation. The developer will design, develop, and maintain React JS applications, with strong Node.js skills, enhance existing applications, troubleshoot technical issues, and contribute to code reviews and code quality. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize requirements and staying current with React JS technologies.

Requirements

Strong proficiency in React JS and its ecosystem.
Strong Node.js skills.
Mandatory skill: Fullstack MERN.
3–5 years of experience.
Experience with front-end development frameworks and libraries.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

Assist with workshops and discussions with client stakeholders to gather business process requirements.
Develop and deliver code for assigned modules in line with client requirements, ensuring appropriate integration with system components.
Test assigned modules, validate functionality across required interactions, and participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Participate in software application implementation and integration with other systems to support stability.
Prepare detailed project specifications, activity reports, and status documentation using flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, code comments, and clear, well-structured code.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, support development, check system compatibility, and ensure solutions meet expected standards.
Design, develop, and maintain React JS applications, with strong Node.js skills.
Develop and implement features and functionality in existing applications.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving code quality.
Stay updated with trends and technologies in React JS development.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
