About The Position

Our client is seeking a hands-on, high-impact Senior React Engineer with deep expertise in modern front-end development using TypeScript, React, and the TanStack ecosystem. This is a heavily coding-focused position where you’ll spend the majority of your time architecting, building, and optimizing fast, responsive, and visually polished user interfaces. The ideal candidate is a front-end expert who writes clean, maintainable code, embraces modern JavaScript and TypeScript best practices, and cares deeply about performance and pixel-perfect execution. You should thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with product designers and backend engineers to deliver exceptional user experiences. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
6+ years of hands-on experience building modern front-end applications.
Deep expertise in React (hooks, context, composition patterns, performance tuning).
Strong proficiency with TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.
Experience working with REST or GraphQL APIs.
Proven ability to convert Figma/design mockups into production-ready UI.
Solid understanding of Git workflows and code review best practices.
Track record of writing clean, testable, maintainable code.
Excellent cross-functional communication and collaboration skills.

Nice To Haves

Experience with TanStack Query (React Query) and related tools.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, ideally GitHub Actions.
Experience contributing to or maintaining a shared component library or design system.
Background working in Agile/Scrum environments with tools such as Jira and Confluence.

Responsibilities

Build high-quality, scalable React applications using TypeScript and modern front-end tools, including the TanStack ecosystem.
Develop responsive, accessible UIs from Figma or similar mockups with pixel-perfect precision.
Collaborate with designers, backend/API engineers, and product owners to translate requirements into working features.
Create reusable, composable components with clear patterns for state management, styling, and data flow.
Integrate applications with REST or GraphQL APIs and efficiently manage complex asynchronous data flows.
Conduct thoughtful, constructive code reviews focused on quality and maintainability.
Optimize rendering performance and load times through best practices in caching, lazy loading, and efficient DOM operations.
Support UI consistency and scalability by contributing to component libraries or design systems.
Maintain strong Git workflows, collaborating effectively through pull requests.
Participate in sprint planning, grooming, and retrospectives, contributing insights to drive continuous improvement.
