Senior Research & Development Chemist Are you passionate about creating innovative beauty and personal care products? Join our R&D team and play a key role in developing new formulations from concept through commercialization. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Science, or a related field preferred, or equivalent laboratory experience.
• 3+ years of formulation or product development experience, ideally in beauty, personal care, or consumer products.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for innovation and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and formulate innovative beauty and personal care products.
• Create, test, and evaluate product prototypes for performance and stability.
• Research new ingredients, technologies, and industry trends.
• Manage laboratory experiments, stability testing, and technical documentation.
• Partner with Quality, Engineering, and Manufacturing teams to scale products from lab to production.
• Support troubleshooting, continuous improvement, and innovation initiatives.
