About The Position

Ipsos Doxa is a leading market research company in Italy, formed by the merger of Ipsos and Doxa. The company serves key sectors like consumer goods, regulated markets, media, and healthcare, offering advanced solutions through significant investments in people, technology, and processes. For its Milan office, Ipsos Doxa is seeking a Senior Quantitative Researcher to join the Corporate Reputation team. This team studies the elements that build trust and consensus towards companies, entities, industries, managers, and public figures. The work helps understand a company's weaknesses and risks, and in crisis situations, provides strategies for resolution. Through a multi-stakeholder approach, the goal is to understand the expectations and judgments of society, clients, the communication world, finance, the non-profit sector, employees, and suppliers to maintain or improve reputation. Typical research areas include sustainability, ESG, Employer Branding, and Risk Management. Key client contacts are usually Corporate Communication functions, top management, press offices, sponsorship managers, CSR managers, ESG/Sustainability managers, and PR/lobbying agencies.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in market research and analysis.
  • Interest in current Italian and international political, economic, and social affairs.
  • Proficiency in quantitative research tools and knowledge of qualitative methodologies.
  • Presentation skills.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Advanced English proficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Effectively manage client relationships, from information gathering to presenting research results.
  • Draft research proposals, formulating methodologies consistent with client input and objectives, and developing the related questionnaire.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and involved parties in data collection and analysis, ensuring proper management of timelines and costs.
  • Verify received research data, prepare analysis plans, and check obtained results.
  • Analyze data, prepare reports, and share them with the client along with the research manager.
  • Independently create presentations with commentary and, depending on project complexity, present directly to the client.
  • Collaborate with the client to provide or acquire information useful for project closure.
