About The Position
BHFT is building a new systematic US equities trading initiative and is looking for experienced traders with a strong understanding of alpha generation, portfolio construction, and execution. This role involves developing and evaluating systematic equity trading opportunities, collaborating with research and technology teams on strategy deployment, identifying new sources of alpha across US equities, driving improvements in execution and portfolio construction, and participating in the design of trading infrastructure and analytics.
Requirements
- 5+ years trading US equities.
- Experience running or contributing to profitable systematic strategies.
- Understanding of alpha generation, risk management and portfolio construction.
- Experience with intraday and/or medium-frequency strategies.
- Strong understanding of market microstructure.
