About The Position
Liberty Healthcare, in partnership with Maryland’s Developmental Disabilities Administration, operates a statewide program focused on continuous quality improvement to enhance person-centered service delivery and support for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The goal is to help these individuals live their best lives. Liberty Healthcare is hiring multiple full-time Senior Quality Specialists to support this initiative.
Responsibilities
- Traveling to Targeted Case Management provider locations throughout the region
- Meeting in-person with Developmental Disabilities Administration stakeholders including Coordinators of Community Services and waiver participants
- Collaborating with Coordinators of Community Services
- Reviewing and evaluating person centered plans to determine alignment with best practices
- Providing technical assistance and training
- Data collection, analysis and report writing
