The Senior Technician in the TQR team will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and verifying data from various reliability tools to ensure the quality and reliability of Samsung Austin Semiconductor products. Additionally, this position will oversee tool preventive maintenance and minor repair activities within the TQR Lab.
Requirements
- Associate degree or related technical certification.
- 7+ years of relevant experience in high volume semiconductor manufacturing facilities.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Accountability for errors.
Responsibilities
- Collecting, analyzing, and verifying data from various reliability tools.
- Ensuring the quality and reliability of Samsung Austin Semiconductor products.
- Overseeing tool preventive maintenance and minor repair activities within the TQR Lab.
- Manually moving 300mm FOSBs containing 25 wafers.
- Running evaluations using proprietary software.
- Summarizing data using Excel/PowerPoint.
- Operating/developing PM procedure.
- Arranging PM/Repairs with Vendors.
