Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years' experience in renewables, utilities, or heavy construction projects
- Strong understanding of QA/QC processes (ISO9001 and ISO45001) and construction standards
- Experience working in a field-based construction environment
- Strong attention to detail and reporting skills
Responsibilities
- Execute the project Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) program.
- Perform inspections and observations of civil, mechanical, and electrical works.
- Verify contractor QA/QC testing, reporting, and compliance with specifications.
- Issue, track, and close Non Conformance Reports (NCRs) and RFIs.
- Review and manage drawing revisions, redlines, and as built documentation.
- Maintain quality logs, inspection records, and final QA documentation.
- Support acceptance walkdowns, punch lists, and final handover documentations.
- Coordinate with site management and contractors to resolve quality issues.
