Requirements

  • Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience.
  • Experience working in a Manufacturing environment

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledgeable in Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) including requirements derived from AS9145 and/or AS13100.
  • Knowledgeable in the 8D process and review C/A plans with the product quality team
  • Exposure to quality tools (RCCA, PPAP, MPR)

Responsibilities

  • Ensuring successful product release through quality tools (RCCA, PPAP, MPR)
  • Timely RCCA for product escapes
  • FAI reviews
  • Business process enhancements through continuous improvement initiative
  • Nonconforming material review and approval
