Senior Aerospace Quality Engineer

About The Position
We’re looking for a Senior Quality Engineer to lead quality engineering, FAI/PPAP, corrective actions, supplier quality, and continuous improvement in a precision manufacturing environment.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Quality Engineering experience, preferably in aerospace/precision manufacturing
- Strong AS9100/AS9102 experience
- Strong PPAP experience
- Strong GD&T experience
- Strong CMM experience
- Strong root cause analysis experience
Responsibilities
- Lead AS9102 FAI and PPAP submissions.
- Drive 8D, 5-Why, and root cause/corrective actions.
- Support AS9100, ITAR, and CMMC compliance and audits.
- Manage supplier quality and corrective actions.
- Oversee CMM, GD&T, inspection, and gauge R&R activities.
- Lead improvements to reduce scrap, rework, and quality issues.
- Work directly with customers, suppliers, and plant teams on quality matters.
