Designing, implementing, and maintaining quality assurance protocols and methods for processing materials into finished products, the Sr Quality Engineer will have the opportunity to make a true impact in support of our nation’s heroes. You’ll design methods and procedures for inspecting, testing, and evaluating the precision and accuracy of production processes, production equipment, and finished products.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related Science or Mathematics field, plus a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree, plus 6 months relevant experience.
Department of Defense Secret security clearance is preferred at time of hire.
Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
U.S. citizenship is required.
Knowledge of engineering methodologies, tools, and standards across software, electrical, systems, or related disciplines
Knowledge of ISO 9001:2008, CMMI, ISO 14001, ASME, ANSI, EIA, and related quality standards
Experience using relevant inspection, measurement, and testing tools and techniques
Experience reviewing technical documents, drawings, and instructions for conformance to requirements
Expertise in quality assurance protocols for manufacturing and production processes
Ability to design inspection, testing, and evaluation procedures for production equipment and finished products
Proficiency in applying quality management systems and industry standards
Experience evaluating process capability, product precision, and measurement accuracy
