Senior Quality Compliance Engineer

Anduril•Fort Collins, CO

About The Position

Anduril’s Quality organization is seeking a Senior Quality Compliance Engineer to own and advance the quality management system (QMS) for Battlespace Awareness (BA). The role will maintain and improve BA’s certified ISO 9001 system while helping transition it to AS9100 and harmonize it with Anduril’s enterprise QMS. It serves as a primary point of contact for auditors, customers, and production teams, and combines QMS ownership with hands-on product-quality work, including supplier and special-process oversight, first article inspection, nonconforming material and MRB, and field escapes. The role may suit someone seeking to grow toward Product Quality Engineering or a product-quality professional looking to deepen systems expertise. The engineer will own QMS processes, audits, certification activities, quality metrics, documentation, training, and continuous improvement. They will collaborate with Supply Chain, Supplier Quality, Product Quality Engineering, manufacturing, Production, and Operations to improve quality in products and processes, prepare new products and sites for QMS requirements, and support manufacturing readiness. The role also develops BA’s QMS roadmap and supports team- and organization-level initiatives.
