About The Position

The Senior Quality Engineers help create solutions as part of the Quality Assurance and Engineering Team. They work to find defects, determine the causes of those defects, and provide solutions to defected problems.

Requirements

AS9110/9100 Auditor Certified.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality Engineering or working with Quality Management Systems.
Strong computer skills, working knowledge of MS Office applications and advanced knowledge of MS Excel.
Ability to work with a wide range of technical, sales, repair, management personnel and business process owners globally.
Interpersonal and negotiating skills necessary to build effective working relationships.
Proven ability to effectively lead cross-functional teams and perform root cause analysis.

Nice To Haves

Quantum Control Experience Preferred
Previous work experience in an engine MRO environment preferred.

Responsibilities

Determining quality improvement factors.
Implementing methods to inspect, test and evaluate the reliability of Repair Processes, products, and production equipment.
Making sure processes adhere to quality standards.
Preparing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data.
Working in accordance with deadlines for delivery of products and services.
Actively participates in root cause analysis.
Collecting, organizing, monitoring, and distributing information related to the Quality Management System and process improvement functions.
Ensure that procedures and work instructions are documented according to corporate AS9110 and regulatory standards.
Perform and report supplier and internal audits.
Provide supplier quality performance input to support the Quality Management System
Lead internal and external audits (such as ISO, FDA, or AS9100 requirements) and ensure adherence to quality management systems.
