Your role in our mission Establishes and maintains project-specific quality assurance strategies, plans, documentation, and metrics in alignment with standards, policies, and best practices. Conducts quality assessments and evaluations to determine process and product compliance; documents findings and escalates unresolved issues as needed. Reviews work products, analyzes defects and quality metrics, researches solutions, and implements approved quality improvements. Leads and supports quality programs, audits, process improvements, and related training and standard practice updates. Provides leadership, guidance, and mentorship to less experienced quality assurance personnel.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; degree in business, engineering, MIS, computer science, or related field preferred.
  • Six or more years of experience in quality assurance, engineering, or management information systems.
  • Experience with quality metrics, defect analysis, and software industry data collection techniques.
  • Experience with software development methodologies, quality frameworks (e.g., SEI/CMM, ISO 9000), and project management methodologies.
  • Experience with software test science, test tools, and quality assurance principles and practices.
