Requirements

  • A minimum 4 years work experience, with a minimum 2 years experience working in a data services capacity.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
  • Proficient in required system and computer applications.
  • High School education required.

Nice To Haves

  • 4-5 years experience in the insurance or claims industry preferred.
  • Highly analytical individual with working knowledge of Excel and Sharepoint.

Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive quality audits to ensure adherence to organizational standards and client requirements.
  • Develop and implement quality control processes to monitor and improve data accuracy, system performance, and project outcomes.
  • Conduct root cause analysis to identify and resolve issues, propose solutions, ensuring continuous improvement in processes and deliverables.
  • Analyze trends and interpret results to provide actionable insights that drive quality enhancements.
  • Collaborate with others to understand their business requirements and translate them into actionable, quality-focused implementation plans.
  • Recommend systems configurations and tools to align with client specifications, organizational standards, and quality benchmarks.
  • Analyze, clean, and transform data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compatibility with Gallagher’s systems.
  • Conduct training sessions for internal teams on system functionality, data processes, and quality standards.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance quality in implementation and data services processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement best practices that prioritize quality and efficiency.
  • Generate detailed reports on implementation progress, data quality, and system performance, highlighting areas for improvement.
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation of implementation processes, configurations, and client interactions to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including IT, product development, and Client Services, to ensure quality is embedded in every stage of project delivery.
  • Act as a liaison between internal clients and technical teams to facilitate effective communication, problem-solving, and quality assurance.
