About The Position

As a Senior Qlik Sense Platform Support Specialist, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the stability, performance, and optimization of the Qlik Sense platform within a high-impact Life Sciences and Healthcare environment. This role demands deep technical expertise, proactive troubleshooting abilities, and a strong commitment to delivering seamless user experiences. Requirements

Extensive experience supporting and administering Qlik Sense platforms in enterprise environments.
In-depth knowledge of Qlik Sense architecture, scripting, configuration management, and security protocols.
Strong data modeling and visualization skills with proficiency in Qlik Sense APIs and scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript, SQL).
Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues, optimize performance, and manage incident response.
Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, network protocols, and system integration processes.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Demonstrated project management and organizational skills.
Qlik Sense certification or equivalent industry credentials.
Experience in Life Sciences and Healthcare data environments.
Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards relevant to healthcare technology platforms.

Responsibilities

Provide expert technical support for the Qlik Sense platform, including architecture, scripting, configuration management, and user access security.
Administer, monitor, and maintain Qlik Sense environments to ensure optimal performance, availability, and security.
Troubleshoot complex platform issues, resolve incidents efficiently, and manage incident response processes.
Optimize system performance through advanced scripting, data modeling, and configuration tuning.
Manage platform administration, including user provisioning, access controls, and security management.
Ensure seamless integration and deployment of Qlik Sense with other enterprise systems.
Utilize Qlik Sense APIs and scripting languages to support platform customization and enhancement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data visualization projects and deliver actionable insights.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of platform configurations, troubleshooting procedures, and maintenance activities.
Provide user support and training, fostering a culture of data-driven excellence.
