Requirements

  • 5+ Extensive hands‑on expertise across full SAP S/4HANA Order‑to‑Cash (O2C) processes, including order management, pricing, VIP Price 2.0, delivery, shipping, billing, and returns.
  • Strong FI/CO integration background, including Accounts Receivable (AR), ACDOCA, Revenue Accounting & Reporting (RAR), and cash application workflows.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP GUI, Fiori applications, Business Partner (BP) migration activities and tools such as ChaRM/QGM.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end enterprise integration landscapes.
  • Background in both SAP ECC and s/4HANA greenfield implementations, supporting configuration, testing, cutover, and hypercare phases.
  • Experienced in integration testing in bound and out bound from s/4.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Cybersecurity, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • Typically, 5 – 7+ years of experience in cybersecurity, information security, or related field.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Engineering, Information Systems) or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • Extensive experience using testing frameworks, tools, and test automation frameworks.
  • In-depth familiarity with software development, testing practices, and quality assurance processes.
  • Native-level proficiency/fluent in English.
  • Experience in DevOps and Agile technology environments.
  • Solid QA background: test planning, execution, documentation, and defect management.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

  • Solid knowledge of automating CI/CD infrastructure, as well as the tools, languages, and file formats that inform tooling decisions in the testing strategy.
  • Demonstrated skills in performance and non-functional testing to understand how systems perform.

Responsibilities

  • Leading quality assurance activities across the Order‑to‑Cash (O2C) workstream within SAP S/4HANA.
  • Ensuring end‑to‑end process integrity, validating cross‑functional integrations, and driving high‑quality delivery for complex enterprise programs, including greenfield, brownfield, and enhancement projects.
  • Performing the verification and validation of product requirements and implementing quality assurance processes.
  • Monitoring and evaluating testing outcomes.
  • Collaborating closely with development teams.
  • Executing moderate tests, including regression, functional, and performance tests for both new and existing functionalities.
  • Analyzing moderate test results to recommend corrective actions.
  • Researching and implementing cutting-edge testing technologies, such as machine learning.
  • Mentoring junior team members.
  • Supporting architects in developing robust automation strategies.
  • Generating scripts for automated testing.
  • Developing, building, and supporting moderate systems that may have system-wide impact and coordinating this work across multiple teams to ensure the efficient delivery of high-quality products.
  • Executing complex RTM multilayer testing and validating end‑to‑end business scenarios spanning S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, and integrated enterprise ecosystems.
  • Testing and troubleshooting EDI/IDoc/EAPI interfaces, including FinTech transaction formats (810/820) and cross‑system financial data flows.
  • Collaborating effectively with cross‑functional teams—P2P, R2R, Supply Chain, WM, Sales, and Commercial—to ensure alignment of business processes and system design.
  • Owning end-to-end QA strategy, test planning, and execution for the O2C workstream across all project phases.
  • Identifying testing risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies.
  • Working with Business Analysts to interpret testing needs as requirements are being developed.
  • Evaluating testability of business and technical requirements based on business/functional requirement document(s), use cases, user stories, and/or solution design documents.
  • Executing requirement/design reviews or sprint/release planning sessions.
  • Performing impact analysis on changes to existing architecture, work processes, and systems.
  • Measuring performance of various components (using simulated stress tests) and reporting any outliers/exceptions.
  • Contributing to requirements traceability matrix.
  • Creating test plans.
  • Designing, developing, and implementing reusable components.
  • Maintaining new and existing object reference files.
  • Setting up and maintaining test environments for both manual and automated testing.
  • Monitoring test environments establishing thresholds and alerts.
  • Ensuring availability of data for testing.
  • Providing root cause analysis on defects and documented issues.
  • Working closely with functional consultants, ABAP developers, Basis, security teams, and business SMEs to triage defects and perform root cause analysis.
  • Developing and executing unit, integration, regression, and UAT test cycles.
  • Documenting defects and coordinating resolution with technical teams.
  • Leading requirement workshops and supporting RICEFW testing.
  • Providing production support and recommending process improvements.
