About The Position

Hard Rock Digital is building the best online sportsbook, casino, and social gaming company in the world. We are seeking a Sr QA Engineer to join our growing product and technology teams. This role involves implementing test flows and plans that mimic different usability scenarios, with a strong focus on the customer's experience. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to quality, able to clearly document issues, and passionate about sports. Operating with a startup mindset, this role requires passion and ownership over all aspects of the work.

Requirements

At least 3 years of prior QA experience
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Practical experience using AI tooling to improve software testing efficiency and coverage
Excellent working knowledge of test management software, programming, and QA methodologies
Excellent written and verbal communication
Good team working and collaboration skills
Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
Good time-management skills
Self-driven, meticulous, and ability to prioritize in a complex and fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

Experience with Javascript or Python a plus
A passion about all things sports betting and casino
Experience working with sports betting trading teams desirable

Responsibilities

Designing test plans, scenarios, scripts, and procedures.
Executing tests on source code.
Using AI-assisted tools to improve test coverage, accelerate defect investigation, and increase QA efficiency.
Analyzing test results and documenting clear and concise steps to reproduce errors in reports for the development team.
Working closely with product and development teams to ensure features and content are fully executed.
Working with the development team to correct bugs and errors.
Learning our application(s) inside and out and become subject matter experts.
Mentoring and coaching more Jr QA personnel.
