About The Position

Build services that keep mission applications moving. Develop and troubleshoot distributed software while helping the team evolve new capabilities. The mission involves supporting advanced computing, data analytics, and enterprise infrastructure that help mission teams work with demanding workloads and shared technical services.

Requirements

• 7 years of relevant experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline from an accredited college or university
• Linux tools
• Bash scripting
• Recent Python 3 development
• MongoDB
• Docker and containerd
• Kubernetes
• Helm charts
• GitLab CI
• Git
• Rust concepts or willingness and aptitude to learn
• RabbitMQ familiarity
• IaC and Ansible familiarity

Nice To Haves

• PostgreSQL
• Jira and Confluence

Responsibilities

• Develop, sustain and troubleshoot Python applications
• Integrate commercial, government and open-source components
• Deploy containerized services on Kubernetes
• Support messaging, databases and automation
