About The Position

We are looking for a Senior Python Engineer to build and maintain data pipelines that merge machine learning algorithms with real-world user data to optimize the delivery of SEO link content and improve job seeker traffic through better page rankings. You will integrate backend Python applications with data stored in Snowflake or Databricks, ensure data quality and pipeline reliability across MySQL and PostgreSQL environments, and collaborate with SEO experts and data scientists to align technical work with organic growth goals. The role requires 4+ years of backend Python engineering experience with production-quality code and CI/CD practices.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the US (e.g., Green card holders, TN visa holders, GC EAD, H4 EAD, U4U with EAD), as we are unable to sponsor or take over employment visa sponsorship at this time
• 4+ years of experience as a Software Engineer
• Strong hands-on experience building and maintaining backend applications in Python
• Experience with unit testing frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, version control, and writing maintainable, production-quality code
• Experience with MySQL and PostgreSQL
• Basic understanding of HTML and React (not the primary focus)
• Experience integrating applications with data stored in Snowflake or Databricks to support backend applications and services
• Upper-intermediate English level

Nice To Haves

• Experience with workflow orchestration tools such as Airflow
• Experience with MongoDB and MongoDB Atlas
• AWS experience
